As a Waiter or Waitress at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

1. Creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
2. Having a complete understanding of the menu and concept.
3. Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
4. Preparing all service elements in advance, including table setup, cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper, etc.
5. Attending and participating in briefings and team meetings, sharing insights with the team.
6. Supporting, training, and developing new team members, making them feel welcome.
7. Anticipating guests’ needs and providing personalized, crafted experiences.
8. Communicating effectively with the kitchen team at all times.
9. Being an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values and philosophies.
