Job Description

THE ROLE

As a Waiter or Waitress in Nobu restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
• Having a complete understanding of the menu and concept.
• Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
• Ensuring all service prep is ready in advance; including table set-up, cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper filled, etc.
• Attending and participating in briefings and team meetings; sharing insights with the team.
• Supporting, training, and developing new team members and making them feel welcome.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing a personalized, crafted experience.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen team at all times.
• Being an ambassador for Nobu and embodying our values and philosophies.
