Overview

As one of the Captains in our Nobu Restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests have an exceptional time with us. You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the guest experience is always in line with Nobu Hotel London Portman Square standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide direction to all employees on the floor during shifts.
• Provide genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
• Ensure all service preparation is ready in advance, including table set-up, cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper filled, etc.
• Attend and participate in briefings and team meetings; share insights for the team.
• Support, train, and develop new team members and make them feel welcome.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide a personalised, crafted experience.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team at all times.
• Act as an ambassador for Nobu and embody our values and philosophies.
