About the Role:

As a No.1 Race Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in our racing operations, working on high-performance single-seater cars and ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards for both testing and race events. Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experienceas a No.1 Race Mechanic.
• Proven experience working onsingle-seater race cars, ideally withinF4, GB3, F3, or F2.
• Strong mechanical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced racing environment.
• Ability to lead a car crew, manage junior mechanics, and work efficiently as part of a team.
