Job summary

Beaumont Care Homes Limited seeks a Deputy Manager NMC Registered to supervise and lead a care team, delivering excellent standards of care to residents and their families. Under the Home Manager, you will ensure care aligns with individual plans while protecting privacy and independence, and may assume overall home duties in the manager’s absence, including on-call responsibilities.

• Registered nurse with a live NMC Registration.
• Two years plus experience post registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver care that respects residents' independence and personal choices.
• Ensure the highest standards of care by aligning with individual care plans and company policies.
• Implement care home policies to maintain high standards of resident care and staff welfare.
• Oversee treatments and ensure they are carried out as prescribed.
• Be prepared to step up into Home Manager duties when required, including on-call duties.
