We seek a dynamic Data Scientist to develop NLP models, analyze data outputs, and communicate findings clearly to clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in an agile environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and implementing NLP approaches for unstructured text data
• Training machine learning models for text categorization
• Exploring new research and approaches
• Communicating with clients to gather requirements and provide updates
• Delivering reports, presentations, and publications
• Following agile methodologies and best practices

Requirements:

Must have:

• 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist in a commercial setting
• Extensive Python experience with text analysis and ML packages like Spacy and TensorFlow
• Familiarity with MLOps and AWS
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working directly with clients
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Right to work in the UK

Nice to have:

• Experience in tech, healthcare, or SaaS sectors
• Academic publications
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
