We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. We will provide excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return.

Location: Crewe

Working hours: Monday to Friday full-time including weekends on a rota basis

Being a Brand Ambassador means that you will showcase our offerings, establish strong relationships and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador role:

  • Build rapport and develop relationships with all customers, understanding their needs and interests.
  • identify and pursue sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales
  • Conduct product demonstrations, test drives and presentations to showcase the performance of our products.
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge confidently to guide the customer through the operation of their new vehicle.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide continuous improvement and seamless service to customers.

Required skills as a Brand Ambassador:

  • Excellent customer service skills and loves working with people.
  • Record of working within customer services or a customer-facing role in the retail industry (does not have to be the motor industry).
  • Able to use initiative, work independently and take ownership of the role.
  • Able to multi-task and switch quickly between tasks.
  • Willingness to learn, develop and keep up-to-date with technical/product information.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
