Overview

NIS Programme Manager – Glasgow

Permanent, Hybrid. Salary: £61-77K (plus up to 20% bonus, car allowance and family healthcare).

We’re looking for a seasoned Programme Delivery Manager to take ownership of SPEN’s NIS programme, ensuring successful execution of cyber security projects aligned with strategic goals and global initiatives.

What you’ll be doing
  • Drive quality outcomes within defined time and budget constraints, ensuring each project delivers tangible business benefits.
  • Initiate and manage complex cyber projects, oversee budgets up to £10M, and coordinate teams of up to 50 internal and external resources.
  • Provide strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with project boards, PMO teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless delivery and alignment across departments.
  • Manage risk, motivate teams, and maintain project integrity to achieve successful delivery.
