Overview: The NIS P&D Project Management, Associate Director, is responsible for developing and delivering the Non-Interventional Studies (NIS) Project Plan, managing resources, and collaborating with various functional teams across the NIS portfolio. The role involves ensuring high-quality project planning, execution, and resource management aligned with GSK's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality NIS Project Plans in partnership with global teams.
  • Maintain accurate project schedules in Planisware, ensuring data quality and schedule compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project strategies and address risks.
  • Lead scenario planning and develop alternative project schedules.
  • Support status reporting and risk management activities.
  • Mentor and potentially line-manage NIS P&D Project Managers and interns.

Qualifications:

Basic:
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, science, business, or finance.
  • At least 7 years in NIS or clinical operations, with 2+ years in project management.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planisware).
Preferred:
  • Advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD).
  • Professional Project Management Certification (PMP).
  • Experience specifically in NIS.
