Are you passionate about movement, high-energy environments, and helping kids become more confident and capable? Gymfinity Kids is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Ninja & Parkour Coach to join our brand new venue!

This is your chance to be part of something exciting — a rapidly expanding company that’s all about fun, fitness, and future potential. Bring your experience, creativity, and ideas to the table, and help us level up our Ninja programme.

Who We Are:

At Gymfinity Kids, we’re building the UK’s leading activity-based clubs focused on gymnastics, Ninja-style obstacle training, holiday camps, and birthday parties.
Our goal? To inspire kids through movement and play while supporting their physical and mental wellbeing.

We believe in laying the foundations for a happier, healthier generation – and we’re looking for coaches who believe in that too.

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and deliver fun, safe, and challenging Ninja and Parkour sessions that help children learn new skills and grow in confidence.
• Design obstacle course-style activities that support agility, balance, strength, and coordination.
• Be a positive and energetic role model who makes every session exciting and engaging.
• Work closely with parents and carers to share progress and create a welcoming community.
• Collaborate with your team to improve session delivery and structure.
• Identify training opportunities for yourself and your fellow coaches.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Contribute ideas and energy to team meetings and club development.
• Help build an inclusive, upbeat, and collaborative team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous coaching experience (ideally with children or in sports like parkour, Ninja, gymnastics, martial arts, freerunning, or fitness training).
• Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to lead groups with confidence.
• A genuine passion for working with kids and helping them grow.
• Comfortable speaking with parents and building positive relationships.
• Team-player mindset with a desire to learn, develop, and have fun while doing it.
• Flexible availability – especially evenings and weekends.

Preferred (but not essential):

• Qualifications in sports coaching, gymnastics, parkour, or similar disciplines.
• Experience designing or delivering structured obstacle-based training.

Why Join Gymfinity Kids?

• Be part of a fun and fast-growing team with room to grow your career.
• Share your ideas – we want to hear them!
• Work in a dynamic and rewarding environment where no two days are the same.
• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications)
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)(Pro Rata for part time employees)
• Your birthday off!
• Company pension scheme
• Family membership discounts
• Training and career development programmes
• Bonus scheme for referrals and introductions

Additional Info:

As we work with children, you’ll need to complete an enhanced DBS check and other safer recruitment checks before starting (we can help with that).
