Job description

Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing law firm based in Lancashire, which is in need of a NIHL Paralegal (Noise-induced Hear Loss).

The firm is open to Individuals with 1-2 year’s experience in Personal Injury law with strong knowledge in NIHL (Noise Induced Hearing Loss).

They can pay a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 annum depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities as a NIHL Paralegal:

  • Manage a caseload of NIHL Claims, both pre-litigation and litigated
  • Draft legal documents, including letter of claim, particulars of claim, witness statements and schedules of loss.
  • Liaise with clients, medical experts and defendants representatives throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records on the firms case management system
About you as a NIHL Paralegal:
  • Strong understanding of NIHL case law, CLB guidelines, and relevant procedures.
  • Excellent drafting and communications skills
  • Ability to work within teams and individually using own initiative.
  • Confident using legal databases and case management systems
