What you'll do

1. Motivating and supporting your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
2. Swiftly solving problems and delegating tasks
3. Creating an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
4. Managing operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
5. Handling freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
6. Giving our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store

What you'll need

1. Experience in leading a sizeable team to achieve targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment
2. The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
3. Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to keep calm in any situation

5. A proactive and encouraging approach to help your colleagues develop themselves and store operations
