Job Overview

As a Warehouse Assistant with LKQ Euro Car Parts, you are responsible for maintaining accurate and fully located stock to enable efficient invoice picking with minimal errors, supporting the growth and development of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all warehouse areas comply with health and safety legislation.
  • Provide a safe working environment for all team members and visitors.
  • Assist the customer service supervisor and serve customers at the front counter.
  • Check incoming stock for shortages and damages, recording details as necessary.
  • Accurately pick customer orders and verify that only invoiced goods leave the warehouse.
  • Complete daily PI counts accurately and promptly.
  • Handle stock carefully to minimize damage during storage or delivery.
  • Respond promptly to branch operation requests.
  • Check all returns for accuracy, ensuring they match collection notes and are in acceptable condition, with exceptions for old core, warranty, and damaged goods.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of stock cleanses, damaged goods, and old core returns to minimize stock loss.
  • Report missing stock to the manager.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the manager.
