Responsibilities

1. Lead critical work on one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects.
2. Collaborate within the MEH Alliance to deliver complex piping and cabling systems.
3. Support and promote a positive Nuclear Safety Culture through effective leadership.
4. Guide the team to achieve high productivity while maintaining safety standards.
5. Ensure project completion within the established timeframe and identify areas for improvement.
6. Transmit instructions, specifications, and regulations to support team performance.
7. Ensure adherence to statutory, company, industry, and client requirements.
8. Deliver the work scope effectively and efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor within an engineering project, preferably in nuclear power.
• Experience working on major construction projects.
• Relevant Skills Card (where required).

Qualifications

• Relevant Professional Accreditation (City and Guilds in Relevant Discipline).
• CCNSG Safety Passport.
• LATS, SSSTS, SMSTS, or IOSH Managing Safely.
