Job summary

Lifeways is launching a new learning disabilities service in Glenrothes and is seeking Nightshift Support Workers to join the team. You will contribute to empowering adults to live more independently, with duties including personal care, daily living assistance, and community participation, in a supportive, values-driven environment.

We offer 36-hour full-time or 18-hour part-time night shifts (10pm–7am). Training, development opportunities, and a range of rewards are provided to help you grow

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in daily living activities.
• Assist with accessing community activities, building skills, health and wellbeing.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to enable independent living.
