Job description

Nightshift Support Practitioner Female Only - Driver Required

Our fabulous Cumnock team is looking for compassionate and creative individuals with a positive attitude to join us as Nightshift Support Practitioners. This is a full-time position consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week. No prior experience in care is necessary; we recruit based on values and transferable skills. We provide comprehensive training, including a fully funded SVQ.

Due to service needs, we can only consider female applicants who have a valid driving license and access to their own car.

The Role

As a Support Practitioner, you will assist individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and/or additional support needs. This includes help with medication, finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking, and personal care. You will also engage in activities aligned with their hobbies, such as dining out, movies, gym sessions, or group activities.
