Overview

With over 60 years of expertise, a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality drainage products and access covers is seeking a proactive and experienced Nightshift Supervisor to lead operations within its Plastics department. Hours are 5.45pm - 6:00am Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the night production team, driving performance and ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and oversee maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Train and support operators on machinery setup and production processes.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain production excellence.

Required experience and skills

• Previous experience within an injection moulding manufacturing environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience within a factory setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of machine set up and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem solving skills.

Salary

In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 pa paid weekly.
