Job summary

Booker is seeking a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to lead a busy branch, coaching the team to deliver excellent on-shelf availability while prioritising safety and standards. The role involves some duty management and training will be provided.

Progression opportunities exist across the Booker Group, with many Supervisors moving into Store Management roles. The business operates over 190 branches and offers diverse development paths within a large retail network.

• Experience supervising or managing a team in a retail setting.
• Practical experience in the food retail trade.
• Flexible and results-driven with strong communication.

• Ensure branch shelf availability and stock integrity.
• Reduce shrinkage and wastage by identifying causes and acting on them.
• Coordinate with stock control and delivery teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain compliant and safe operations at all times.
• Drive replenishment efficiency to meet customer demand.

Ensuring that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times.

Reducing stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage

Reducing replenishment costs, by ensuring stock is handled efficiently at all times, products have appropriate space for rate of sale and accuracy and security in the goods receiving department

Working with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales

Effective replenishment to ensure that the branch maintains availability for our customers

To be successful in this role your skills and experience will include:

Passionate about providing exceptional operations standards for our customers

Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working with, as well as, managing a team

An excellent communicator and have some experience in supervising or managing a team.

Practical experience in the food retail trade.
