Booker is recruiting a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to manage one of our busy branches in Gloucester. You will coach the team to ensure great on-shelf availability for customers, maintain safe working practices and drive efficiency across replenishment activities.

The role offers progression within Booker Group with duties across shift leadership, stock control and collaboration with delivery teams. We operate a 5/7 day pattern and vary opening times by branch, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail or store team and delivering results.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues while maintaining safety.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to manage one of our busy branches. A challenging role that will need leadership and drive as you coach your team to deliver great on shelf availability for our valued customers. Keeping your teamfocused on delivering great results and working in a safe mannerwill be key.The role may involve some duty managementwhere full training will be given.

You will be responsible for

Ensuring that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times.

Reducing stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage

Reducing replenishment costs, by ensuring stock is handled efficiently at all times, products have appropriate space for rate of sale and accuracy and security in the goods receiving department

Working with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales

Effective replenishment to ensure that the branch maintains availability for our customers

You will need

To be successful in this role your skills and experience will include:

Passionate about providing exceptional operations standards for our customers

Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working with, as well as, managing a team

An excellent communicator and have some experience in supervising or managing a team.

Practical experience in the food retail trade.
