Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to manage one of our busy branches. This challenging role requires leadership and drive as you coach your team to deliver excellent on-shelf availability for our valued customers. Keeping your team focused on delivering great results and working safely will be key. The role may involve some duty management, for which full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the team complies with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
  • Reduce stock loss by addressing causes of shrinkage and wastage.
  • Minimize replenishment costs by handling stock efficiently, ensuring products have appropriate space for their rate of sale, and maintaining accuracy and security in goods receiving.
  • Work with stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.
  • Maintain effective replenishment to ensure branch availability for customers.
Skills and Experience
  • Passionate about providing exceptional operational standards for customers.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and enjoys managing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and some supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Practical experience in food retail.
