About the role

We are seeking a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to oversee operations at one of our busy branches. This leadership role involves coaching your team to ensure excellent on-shelf availability and working safely. Some duty management responsibilities are included, with full training provided.

There are clear opportunities for advancement within the Booker Group, with many Supervisors progressing to Store Management roles.

You will be responsible for

Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.

Reducing stock loss by addressing shrinkage and wastage.

Managing replenishment costs through efficient stock handling, space management, and security in goods receiving.

Collaborating with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales issues.

Maintaining product availability to serve customers effectively.

You will need
