Our friendly team at Meallmore is looking for a Registered Nurse to join them in Hilton Court. Located in the charming coastal town of Rosyth, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Our purpose-built care home provides high-quality, home-like care, including recovery-focused, step-down, and rehabilitation nursing care for clients aged 18-65 experiencing enduring mental health issues.

Our mentorship programme and ongoing training will support your professional development and help you progress in your career, whether as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Registered Home Manager—the choice is yours!

Your role as a Meallmore Registered Nurse will include:

• Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
• Overseeing all aspects of the shift
• Conducting continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs to implement a person-centred care plan
• Mentoring team members and role-modelling best practices

Qualifications and skills:

• Current registration with the NMC
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks
