Leicester, LE3 | Full-Time | £42,000 + 10% Bonus | Monday to Friday, 10PM – 6AM

Are you a driven, hands-on leader ready to take full control of night operations in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for an experienced Nightshift Production Manager to lead a key site through its next stage of growth and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing all night-time production operations, ensuring output, quality, and service levels meet or exceed customer contracts.

Driving continuous improvement through analysis of KPIs, team forums, and process enhancements.

Collaborating with other departments to resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively.

Leading, managing and developing your team – from performance reviews to health & safety.

Supporting strategic planning and budgeting alongside the General Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in production management – ideally in industrial, manufacturing or large-scale laundry settings.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Confident with data analysis, reporting and using KPIs to drive decisions.

IT-literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Highly motivated, proactive and focused on delivering results and service excellence.
