Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Wolverhampton is seeking experienced Nightshift MOT Testers to join the growing team. You will carry out MOT tests and related servicing to DVSA standards, while adhering to safety and quality requirements.

The role offers a base salary from £48,000 with the potential to earn up to £9,000 in performance bonuses every three years, plus overtime paid at time and a half and extensive benefits. Training to become EV-accredited is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 3.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an MOT Tester with a clean MOT record.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA testing standards.
• Repair or replace broken or defective parts.
• Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Follow checklists to ensure procedures are completed correctly.
• Complete documentation to the required standard.
