Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant at our Hampshire facility. We provide Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 66 residents in a warm, supportive environment.

The role is nightshift, contracted to 36-48 hours per week, with competitive pay (£12.82 per hour) and benefits including paid DBS, uniform, and 5.6 weeks' annual leave. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain dignity and independence.
• Respectful, patient and caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility and nutrition for residents.
• Support emotional wellbeing and maintain safety and comfort.
• Follow care plans and monitor changes in condition.
• Work with the team to create a warm, supportive environment.
