Job description

As a Nightshift Bakery Operative working mainly within our Confectionery Department, you will assist in the production of our award-winning products to the highest standards of food safety, output, quality, hygiene, and health & safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Working safely at all times in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
2. Dipping Doughnuts
3. Icing Doughnuts/Biscuits
4. Piping Jam
5. Placing cake toppers
6. Cleaning your work area ensuring a high standard of hygiene/sanitation.

Many of our products are hand-finished to ensure the best quality and presentation.

Requirements:

Previous experience within a Bakery environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

Hours: 39 Hours, 5 Days over 7 (Monday to Sunday inclusive)

Start time: 6pm

Rate of pay: from £14.08 - £14.80 per hour
