About the role:

InPost is actively seeking a motivated and experienced Night Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Avonmouth location in Bristol. Location: Menzies Distribution, Greensplott Road, Chittening Industrial Estate, Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0YB

Shift Pattern: Rolling 4 on 4 off

Hours: 23:00pm - 09:30am

Salary: £34,776.00 per annum

• Quality & Efficiency: Strive for excellence—maintain top-tier quality while meeting productivity targets.
• Safety First: Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, keeping the warehouse spotless and the team safe at all times.
• Maximise Potential: Identify opportunities to improve, continuously motivating the team to hit customer deadlines and surpass productivity goals.

• Forklift Licence: A Counterbalance FLT licence is a must.
• Leadership Drive: Ability to thrive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
