Job description

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Night Team Member to join our team and ensure the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift. The Night Team Member will be responsible for managing guest requests, ensuring security and safety procedures are adhered to, and providing general support to the hotel staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing guest requests and ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining security and safety procedures during the night shift.
  • Performing regular security checks throughout the hotel.
  • Providing general support to the hotel staff during the night shift.
  • Assisting with any maintenance or housekeeping tasks that may arise.
  • Setting up meeting rooms and other areas as required.
  • Serving food and beverages to guests as required.
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel as required.
  • Handling any emergency situations that may arise.
  • Preparing reports for senior management as required.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment, preferably in a night team member role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of safety and security procedures.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
