Whitbread Swindon Town Centre Premier Inn is seeking a Nights Team Member to care for overnight guests and maintain safety and comfort. You will contribute to a calm, welcoming environment and support guest needs during the night shift.

The role offers 32 hours per week, pay up to £13.36 per hour, and an immediate start with no prior experience required. Applicants must be over 18 and able to work nights.

We're currently recruiting in our Swindon Town Centre Premier Inn Hotel . Working 32 hours per week, paying up to £13.36 per hour.

Nights Team Member – Swindon Town Centre Premier Inn Hotel

Come and be a Nights Team Member at Premier Inn in Swindon Town Centre. As the go‑to for our hotel overnight guests, use your calm personality to ensure their safety and your customer service skills to help them rest easy and get that good night’s sleep with us. Immediate start, no experience needed.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.36 per hour - night shift

CONTRACT TYPE:

Fixed-term contract until 27/12/2026 – we don’t do zero hours contracts! Over 18s only.

HOURS:

32 hours per week
