Job description

Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Nights Team Member at our Sheffield hotel. Working on a part-time basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour.

As our Nights Team Member, your goal is to help ensure our customers have a great experience when staying with us.

Hours of work: 16 hours over two nights, 11pm - 7am.

Role & responsibilities:
  • Support with day-to-day operations
  • Be the first point of contact for guest experience
  • Handle guest queries and complaints
  • Inspect rooms and communicate issues to maintenance or housekeeping
  • Ensure positive guest experiences, aiming for 5-star reviews
  • Ensure smooth processes through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
