Whitbread PLC in Harlow is looking for a Nights Team Member to support guests overnight at the Premier Inn. You’ll stay alert, handle overnight requests and help guests rest easy with a calm, friendly approach.

The role is permanent, 32 hours per week, over 18s only, with immediate start and no prior experience required. This position offers eligible benefits as part of Whitbread’s hospitality team.

Nights Team Member – Harlow (Potters Arms) Premier Inn

Come and be a Nights Team Member at Harlow (Potters Arms) Premier Inn. As the go-to for our hotel overnight guests, use your calm personality to ensure their safety and your customer service skills to help them rest easy and get that good night’s sleep with us. Immediate start, no experience needed.

A conditional sale of the restaurant site has been agreed and this role may be in scope to TUPE transfer to Common Table Group.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.66 per hour - night shift

CONTRACT TYPE:

Permanent – we don't do zero hours contracts! Over 18s only.

HOURS:

32 hours per week
