We are seeking a reliable and responsible Night Team Member to join our team and ensure the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift. The Night Team Member will be responsible for managing guest requests, ensuring security and safety procedures are followed, and providing support to the hotel staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage guest requests promptly and professionally.
2. Maintain security and safety procedures during the night shift.
3. Perform regular security checks throughout the hotel.
4. Support hotel staff during the night shift.
5. Assist with maintenance or housekeeping tasks as needed.
6. Set up meeting rooms and other areas as required.
7. Serve food and beverages to guests as needed.
8. Check guests in and out of the hotel as required.
9. Handle emergency situations that may arise.
10. Prepare reports for senior management as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment, preferably as a night team member.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety and security procedures.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
