Job summary

Premier Inn at London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) is seeking a Nights Team Leader to oversee overnight operations and guest satisfaction. You will manage the nights team, uphold safety standards, and provide a calm and professional presence through late hours in a busy hotel environment.

This permanent role, offering 37.5 hours per week, requires shift leadership experience and a commitment to delivering excellent service to guests staying near Gatwick.

PAY RATE:

Up to £14.81 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE:

Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts! Over 18s only.

HOURS:

37.5 a week
