Nights Support Worker needed for 12 year old in Radstock with complex needs - £12.60 ph - Radstock - BA3

Job Description

Seeking support worker to assist our eldest son (12) in a caring family environment. He has an acquired brain injury with multiple sensory impairments and learning disabilities. Despite his complexities, he has a wonderful personality and brings joy with his cheekiness! This is a challenging role where no two days are the same.

He has a round-the-clock team of staff (2-1) and night care.

Shift Details

We are seeking staff to join us for night shifts from 10pm to 8am, Monday to Sunday. The rate of pay is currently set at £12.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

1. Working in the family home to learn patterns of normal behaviour.
2. Supporting emotional regulation.
3. Assisting with personal care.
