Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Male Night Support Worker for Jamesons Residential Care Home in Fordham. The role is 40 hours per week on a night shift from 9:30pm to 7:30am, with a salary of £13.01 per hour (£27,060.80 per annum).

You will support young adults with complex needs, build relationships, plan daily tasks, assist with personal care, and help with activities and outings. Emily Saunders is the contact for inquiries and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan goals and ambitions with individuals after listening and discussion.
  • Assist with daily tasks and practical activities (cooking, cleaning, errands).
  • Support personal care, including eating and medication if needed.
  • Help plan and join outings and activities to promote independence.
  • Foster a positive impact by encouraging independence wherever possible.
