About the Role

There's a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your Section Leaders and colleagues to uphold high standards across your section, maximize availability, and drive sales. You'll maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are met. You'll also oversee back-of-house areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Flexibility to work across various store areas and occasionally manage the store alone is essential.

You'll work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. Confidence in managing store operations independently is necessary.
