Nights Production Shift Manager
Northeast Lincolnshire
Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team on the night shift.
• Drive change through people and processes to empower performance across the site.
• Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement (CI) and a safety-first mindset.
• Engage stakeholders across all levels of the business—from production teams to senior leadership.
• Position offers a path of progression to become the most senior leader on the Night Shift.
