ibis Styles Haydock is seeking a dependable, welcoming Guest Service Manager to provide excellent customer service during night shifts. The role is based on 32 hours a week, with shifts typically from 11pm to 7am. We offer a competitive salary of up to £21,216 per annum, along with benefits such as a day off for your birthday, hotel discounts, and career progression opportunities.

Requirements and Responsibilities
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing hotel role
  • Experience working night shifts is preferred
  • Checking guests in and out at Reception, answering queries, and supporting their stay
  • Supervising, motivating, and leading colleagues on shift
  • Occasional solo work, requiring responsibility, reliability, and confidence
  • Proficiency in computer use for running reports
  • Performing various tasks such as serving drinks, taking food orders, ensuring hotel security, and maintaining guest satisfaction

Applicants must be 18 or older due to serving alcohol. The role involves a mix of midweek and weekend shifts.
