Job Description

Nights Guest Services Representative

Full Time - 40 hours

Salary: £26,989 per annum

Cycas Hospitality is seeking a Nights GSR to join our team in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. This position is pivotal to our success, and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate's skills and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out a minimum of 2 security checks at regular intervals with emphasis on security, fire, and safety.
• Check hotel guests in and out and assist with luggage when required.
• Serve food and liquor to company standards.
• Ensure all revenue is correctly charged and monies are securely kept.
• Balance cash takings with the Opera settlements report and receipt sheet, and complete banking according to procedure.
• Have knowledge of the local area regarding history, places of interest, and events.
• Handle early morning calls as specified.
• Prepare and serve Room Service orders when required.
• Clean areas as requested, remove trays from public areas and corridors.
• Set up meeting rooms as requested.
• Attend relevant training sessions.
• Show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.

• Previous experience in a similar hotel role
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to work night shifts
• Fluency in English
