Job summary

Magnet Recruit Limited is recruiting a Nights Engineer for a stand-alone food manufacturing site near Blackburn. The role is a multi-skilled position working the night shift from 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £55,000–£60,000.

You will bring a background in electrical or mechanical engineering (L3 or equivalent) and experience in Food or FMCG environments, ensuring equipment reliability and safe operation on a busy production line.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-skilled engineer in a Food or FMCG environment.
• L3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Willing to work a dedicated night shift (40 hours, Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair on site during night shifts.
• Ensure production line safety and reliability in FMCG environment.
