Job summary

360 Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Despatch Supervisor for a Nottingham night shift. You will oversee and manage smooth and efficient despatch processes, ensuring policy adherence and health and safety compliance.

You will communicate effectively with your team to allocate work, set deadlines and inform staff of issues, while fostering a culture of operational excellence on a 4 on 4 off, 6pm–6am rota in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in despatch or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to health and safety policies.
