Cera is recruiting Nights Care Assistants for our Extra Care service at Westaven House, Weymouth. We offer part-time and full-time permanent positions with day and night shifts. No previous experience required, and you will receive excellent training to support residents in maintaining independence.

Job Description

Cera are recruiting Nights Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Westaven House, Weymouth.

We're currently recruiting for both part-time and full-time permanent positions, with day and night shifts available. This is secure, rewarding work that offers competitive pay, excellent training, and no previous experience required.

Our Extra Care units provide residents with the independence of their own self-contained homes, alongside the reassurance of on-site care and support. As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping residents live as independently as possible, delivering personalised care tailored to each individual.
