This post attracts a welcome payment of 5% of the starting salary for the grade to enable individuals to join our permanent workforce. This is payable upon successful completion of your probationary period and is subject to eligibility criteria.
Bath and North East Somerset have two care homes which are Community Resource Centres located in Bath and Midsomer Norton. Each Community Resource Centre includes a residential care home for between 30 and 45 people, and these homes provide important services to older people in our community. We provide care and health services in a comfortable, safe environment for older vulnerable adults with a variety of disabilities, including dementia.
Combe Lea is a residential care home that provides care and health services in a safe environment for older vulnerable adults with a variety of disabilities. It offers a broad range of activities which aim to promote independence by developing or maintaining and enhancing people’s skills, interests and abilities.
Within the Night Care Assistant role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team of carers and support teams. Our Night Care Assistants at these centres work hard to offer residents the opportunity to retain as much independence as possible and to enjoy their lives.

Previous comprehensive experience of working in care would be desirable, but a commitment to deliver quality care is essential.
