Nights Auditor

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Night Team Member to join our team and ensure the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift. The Night Team Member will be responsible for managing guest requests, ensuring security and safety procedures are adhered to, and providing general support to the hotel staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing guest requests and ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally.
2. Maintaining security and safety procedures during the night shift.
3. Performing regular security checks throughout the hotel.
4. Providing support to hotel staff during the night shift.
5. Assisting with maintenance or housekeeping tasks as needed.
6. Setting up meeting rooms and other areas as required.
7. Serving food and beverages to guests as required.
8. Checking guests in and out of the hotel as needed.
9. Handling emergency situations that may arise.
10. Preparing reports for senior management as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment, preferably as a night team member.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety and security procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work evenings and weekends.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
