Astutes Power Team, working with a leading Waste Management company, is recruiting a Weighbridge Operative to join the operations team on nights, with a 12-hour shift pattern Sunday night through Thursday night.

The role involves managing site access, recording deliveries, weighbridge movements, and maintaining records in line with contracts and environmental permits. You will work as part of the site’s night shift and contribute to safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with weighbridge operations.
• Proficient with IT systems for data entry and records.
• Able to work independently and remotely when required.
• Comfortable working night shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health, safety, and security standards across the site.
• Ensure environmental compliance with legislation and regulations.
• Manage weighbridge inspections and defect reporting.
• Oversee weighbridge movements from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate waste input records and site diaries.
