Job summary

GXO Logistics in Northampton is hiring a Warehouse Team Manager to lead a night-shift team in our Frozen warehouse operation. Manage coaching, motivation and engagement to build a high-performing culture during 22:00–06:00 shifts.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a salary up to £33,280 plus premiums and benefits, including 33 days leave and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a hands-on leadership position with a strong focus on performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement projects with strong planning skills.
• Excellent on-site communication and engagement to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to meet the work plan on time and within budget and KPIs.
• Drive performance through coaching and monitoring of staff.
• Review shift performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the team on shift to maintain high engagement and strong communication.
• Oversee warehouse training requirements and function.
