Job&Talent is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Nights in Dunstable for a leading retail distribution company. You will pick orders using a voice-picking system and work in a fast-paced environment ensuring accuracy and safety.

Shift patterns are any 5 out of 7, with a pay rate of 14.20 GBP per hour. This ongoing role offers the chance to work in a major distribution center with clear productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Good level of conversational English.
• Flexibility for the shifts.
• Warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately using a voice-picking system.
• Operate safely and efficiently within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Pick, handle and move products weighing up to 15kg.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site rules.
• Support other warehouse duties as required.
