Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Belfast. You will pick and assemble orders using handheld scanners, ensure accurate packing, and follow safety, quality, and GDP procedures.

You will support multiple stations, report discrepancies, and maintain high housekeeping standards within a fast-paced distribution environment. The role involves 39 hours per week, with evening/night shifts, and offers a competitive hourly rate plus shift allowances and night premiums.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with handheld scanners or warehouse tech is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GDP standards and handling pharmaceutical/healthcare products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using a handheld scanner.
• Ensure products are packed and processed per procedures.
• Move between workstations to support operational needs.
• Resolve stock exceptions to fulfill orders correctly.
• Handle products to minimise damage and maintain quality.
• Report damaged stock or picking errors to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow PPE requirements.
