Cencora in Belfast is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team. You will accurately pick and assemble customer orders using handheld scanners and ensure products are handled safely and efficiently.

This full-time role offers 39 hours per week with shift patterns: Mon-Thu 18:00-02:30 and Fri 18:00-01:30. A competitive hourly rate of £13.07 plus shift allowances and night premiums is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling for sensitive products.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain records.
• Experience with handheld scanners and PPE compliance.

Responsabilités

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using a handheld scanner.
• Ensure products are selected, packed, and processed per procedures.
• Move between workstations to support operations.
• Resolve stock exceptions following established processes.
• Handle products to minimise damage and maintain integrity.
• Report damaged stock or discrepancies promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organised work areas and follow safety rules.
• Comply with health and safety requirements and wear PPE.
