Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative (nights) in Harlow to join our team Sundays to Thursdays, 20:00 to 05:30. You will pick, load and prepare customer orders for the next day’s delivery.

This fast-paced, hands-on role requires teamwork, reliability and the ability to stay active overnight while moving stock and operating equipment with full training provided.

The role offers a night shift salary of £40,002.19 and benefits including 25 days’ holiday, pension and life cover.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environment preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately using scanners.
• Loading vehicles for delivery.
• Organising and storing products safely.
• Using warehouse equipment safely with training provided.
• Moving stock with pump trucks, pallet trucks and forklifts.
• Supporting colleagues to keep the warehouse running overnight.
• Helping ensure drivers leave on schedule with complete orders.
